Hotel Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Hotel Heeralal! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly request that you review the following terms and conditions.

Check-In/Check-Out:

• Check-in time begins at 12:00 Noon and check-out time is by 12:00 Noon on your departure date.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  
  

Guest Policy:

• Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after midnight.
• Guest identification: All guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse check-in without valid identification.
• Local ID restriction: We regret that we cannot accommodate guests with local identification cards.
• Transferability: Reservations are non-transferable.

Early Check-In:

• Early check-in is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
• To guarantee early check-in, please book a room starting from the previous night.
• Early check-in may incur additional charges.

Food and Beverage:

• Bringing food and beverages from outside the hotel is strictly prohibited.
• Ordering food delivery directly to the hotel is also not permitted.
• Guests are encouraged to enjoy the delicious meals and beverages available at our on-site restaurants.
  
  

Guest Responsibility:

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors, or anyone for whom they are responsible.
• In case of no-show or fewer room occupancy than booked, the full amount for all booked rooms will be charged.

Payments and Deposits:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance will be due upon check-in.

Reservation Cancellation:

Right to Refuse Service:

• Hotel Heeralal reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to leave the premises at any time due to disruptive behavior, violation of hotel policies, safety concerns, or any other reason deemed necessary by the management.

Additional Information:

• Applicable taxes will be added to your room rate.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas.
• Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
