Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2023

Hotel Heeralal is committed to providing you with a flexible booking experience. However, we do have certain cancellation policies in place to ensure fair practices for both guests and the hotel.

Cancellations:

• 30 days or more prior to arrival: For cancellations made 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, a 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• 15 to 7 days prior to arrival: Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before your arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• 7 days or less prior to arrival: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days or less of your arrival date are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
• Partial cancellations: If you choose to cancel only a portion of your booked rooms, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the rooms being cancelled.

Refunds:

• Upon cancellation, we will initiate a refund for the remaining booking amount after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes.
• The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking (debit card, credit card, net-banking, etc.) within 15-20 business days.
  
  

Please note:

• Credit/debit card cancellations may incur an additional 5% processing fee.
• This policy applies to all bookings made through our website, mobile app, or direct contact with the hotel.
• We encourage you to review our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
